I am 2 months sober now and super grateful for the Cenikor Foundation! The Directors, Intake Team, Behavioral Health Technicians, Counselors and Kitchen Team were AMAZING!Each and every one of the staff at the facility I was at are also in recovery and there for the whole community and met my every need and would stop what they were doing to provide me with whatever I needed.Cenikor provided me the structure I needed to work on myself. Cenikor provided me with a bed, dresser, clean towels and toiletries whenever needed, 3 amazing meals a day and snacks at night, one on one counseling, group counseling, informal classes, plenty of breaks in between classes and a lights out bedtime to ensure 8 hours of sleep. I was also on proper meds to help with alcohol detox.Cenikor brought in outside recovery groups nightly to share their experience, strength and hope. I met plenty of amazing recovering alcoholics/addicts that are clean and sober that were once in my position and inspiring the community nightly through sharing their stories.I highly recommend Cenikor for anyone struggling with alcohol or drug addiction! They truly care and provided me with everything I needed to work on myself and continue my sobriety journey.

Ms. Kerry changed my world! I’m alive today because of the understanding and tough yet caring love that not only Mr.Kerry showed but everyone that worked with me from the counselors to the tech even the cook was kind and the lady who worked third shift I forgot her name. She was so kind and sweet and nice. I spoke to her early in the morning because I was one of the first ones up and she was just gentle. Cenikor saved my life. I contacted them when I was homeless over a year ago. They accepted me and I have been sober for over a year. I am not only financially stable but I am rebuilding my career as a teacher in the State of Texas, sponsor women in the AA program, and return to Cenikor to bring 12 step meetings. This facility addresses the whole person and leaves no need unmet. The team of counselors, peer support specialists, case managers, and hard-working techs, and nurses along with the dedicated members of the community who come to the facility nightly to bring 12-step meetings offered me a foundation for recovery and growth I maintain today. Highly recommend.

This place changed my life! I’m coming up on one year of sobriety and I owe it to Cenikor. Getting sober and clean is so hard, this was my third rehab visit. I learned to get honest with myself and started an honest program and BAM! Here I am! Alive and sober. The staff was amazing and double kudos to the CHEF Nate and triple kudos to the nurse Lisa!!! I love everyone there. It wasn’t always easy but it was bc of me, not them.

THIS PLACE SAVED MY LIFE! AFTER 6 TREATMENT CENTERS THIS ONE FINALLY STUCK! I HAVE OVER A YEAR SOBRIETY NOW, THIS PLACE TAUGHT ME ALL THE THINGS I NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT LIVING SOBER. IT WAS A GREAT PLACE AND THE STARTING OF A BEAUTIFUL JOURNEY THAT I CALL LIFE !
