Dr. Trevor George, ND is Assistant Vice President, Clinical Services at Cenikor Foundation.
Dr. Trevor George has been in the behavioral health and substance use field for over 25 years. He completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and years later his medical degree from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Sciences. Afterwards, Dr. George practiced addiction medicine in Spokane, WA, treating patients with substance use disorders and behavioral health concerns. Additionally, he was a training physician for new providers and a supervising physician for medical school and physician assistant students. During this time he also assumed the role of the Regional Provider leader working with all providers in his region to improve efficiency. He decided to make the jump over to management full-time and became the Regional Director of Operations covering three states and nine OTP clinics. During this time he successfully increased census and financial performance while changing employee culture. He has enjoyed giving lectures on nutrition and general health. Dr. George is excited to bring his experience and knowledge to Cenikor to help strengthen and advance the Clinical Services division.
