Prior to admission, your admissions coordinator will work to create a payment contract for services to be provided. We offer payment plans and, as a nonprofit, can help with out-of-pocket costs like deductibles and co-pays if certain criteria are met.

Cenikor works with over 40 major health insurance carriers for the following levels of care:

Detoxification
Medication-assisted treatment
Short-term inpatient rehab
Partial hospitalization
Intensive and supportive outpatient

We can help verify that you’re in network with one of our locations and get together what out-of-pockets you may owe, as well as a payment plan or other hardship support.

Our utilization review team supports clients to preauthorize admission before you arrive after a virtual clinical assessment and works with insurance companies to ensure you are covered throughout your stay.

We're committed to providing behavioral health treatment for all.

For those who qualify for financial assistance, charity care is available at little to no cost to you.

Our financial assistance program is also designed to provide relief to patients who are experiencing significant financial hardship in paying their out-of-pocket costs if using insurance to cover Cenikor services.
