Payment for Services
We work diligently to provide healthcare services for all individuals.
Prior to admission, your admissions coordinator will work to create a payment contract for services to be provided. We offer payment plans and, as a nonprofit, can help with out-of-pocket costs like deductibles and co-pays if certain criteria are met.
Do you have insurance? Insurance rates vary by plan. For a more detailed breakdown of costs through insurance, please send an inquiry and an insurance verification specialist will reach out with you.
Charity care, also known as financial assistance, is available for those who are unable to pay for all or a portion of services. For a patient to be eligible for charity care, or treatment at no-cost, the individual must have a gross household income at 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
