Our Killeen, Texas location provides evidence-based outpatient programs for adults and adolescents.

These intensive and supportive outpatient levels of care allow individuals to live at home while participating in group and individual counseling sessions, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, and 12-step integration. Telehealth options are also available.

Cenikor definitely changed my life for the better. They gave me a second opportunity to restart my life and for that I will always be grateful. The staff is very caring and always willing to help with anything you need. They will help you get social security cards, and identification to help you get a job to get back on your feet. And there are many job opportunities local to the facility. I am blessed to have 16 months sober today and could not have done it without Cenikor. If you are looking struggling with alcoholism and or addiction I highly recommend the 30 day residential program and then going to the sober living as they have the staff with the willingness, and the resources to help you.
