Amarillo, TX, November 18, 2024 – Cenikor is pleased to announce the grand opening of its new outpatient facility location in Amarillo, Texas. To celebrate this milestone, the substance use disorder treatment center will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on November 20, 2024, at 10:00 AM, inviting the community, local leaders, and health professionals to tour the new location and learn more about the services it offers.
The new outpatient treatment center, located at 1001 Wallace Blvd. Amarillo, TX 79106, will provide individual and group counseling, psychoeducation, 12-step integration, relapse prevention, and telehealth options. With an expanded facility, Cenikor Amarillo is poised to offer high-quality care in a compassionate and welcoming environment, helping patients on their journey to recovery and wellness.

The Wallace Blvd. location is already home to Cenikor Amarillo’s inpatient treatment facility. This move will bring inpatient and outpatient together in the same building, allowing for individuals to maintain consistency while on the road to recovery. Cenikor’s core continuum of care allows a seamless transition from detox and inpatient to outpatient, to recovery housing and alumni support.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony will feature community engagement, remarks from Cenikor leaders, and open doors to the outpatient wing. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the staff, learn about the treatment options available, and explore the new space that will serve as a vital healthcare resource for the region.
