Visiting Hours
Your friend or family member’s time at Cenikor requires their full focus—without outside worries or distractions. To get the most out of treatment, clients are encouraged to start building new relationships within their community. In recovery, connection is key!
Phone Calls (Day 7 and after)
We ask that family members and friends support each patient’s recovery by waiting until day seven to contact a patient. General calls can be made on the weekends, unless otherwise approved by a counselor.
Most locations allow necessary business calls, such as to a lawyer or probation officer, during the week. In addition, clients get one supervised phone call with a loved one after admission.
Important note: Due to confidentiality laws, our employees cannot confirm or deny a loved one’s presence in our program and are unable to take messages for patients during their stay.
COVID-19 Update
The health and safety of our clients is our top priority. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, visitors are not allowed. Cards and letters are always appreciated by patients. Please address mail to the patient’s name at the appropriate location.
Affordable Care
is our promise
Getting care to be a better, healthier person should not break the bank. Your loved one can get evidence-based, accredited treatment that is equal to high-end programs at a fraction of the cost. We’ll work with you and, if available, your insurance provider to come up with a plan to get the care they need at a reasonable price.
